Jamie: The first page is NOT intended (just me testing extracting graphics from your pdfs to see how effectively they show up)

Pg. 2 and 3 and 4 are your scans-to-pdfs

Please (1.) set the view from Scroll to Book at bottom, and then (2.) set to Fullscreen, at top, then (3.) flip through pages at he bottom of the fullscreen viewer.

Pretty basic (higher resolution scan might produce clearer pdf) but I think it is ok.

As you can see, the file is downloadable.
